vs555r reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity and address at any time as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vs555r platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Opening or operating more than one account on the vs555r platform.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vs555r shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the vs555r platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or financial losses resulting from:

• Service interruptions, server downtime, or technical failures beyond vs555r's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or card networks.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations resulting from genuine software faults, provided that vs555r takes prompt remedial action upon discovery.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, network infrastructure failures, or other events outside vs555r's control.

Where vs555r is found liable for any loss, the total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
